About Us

Rishik Kolpekwar is a Computer Science student at The University of Texas at Austin with a strong background in applying advanced technologies to solve real-world challenges in healthcare. He is the inventor of the patent-pending technology powering MedMorphIQ and is deeply committed to improving diagnostic equity through scalable, AI-enabled solutions. At UT Austin, Rishik contributed to the TAME-Pain project—an international collaboration with the Universities of Nottingham and Southampton—where he participated in experimental pain induction studies and developed Python-based tools to analyze physiological data. His work focused on generating meaningful visualizations to uncover signal trends across pain phenotypes. The project was published on MIT’s PhysioNet platform, underscoring its clinical value and open-source contribution. In addition, Rishik has conducted research at Wayne State University’s School of Medicine, where he explored AI applications in digital pathology. This experience further deepened his commitment to integrating smart systems into clinical workflows and advancing the future of computational diagnostics.
